NWA’s Collaborative, Digital All-on-X Workflow

Looking to add the restoration of full-arch fixed implant cases into your dental practice? You’re in the right place.

All-on-X (also known as β€œAll-on-4”) is a combined surgical/prosthodontic comprehensive solution where a full arch of teeth are replaced by a screw-retained fixed bridge supported by at least four dental implants.

This graftless treatment concept allows for the immediate replacement of an entire upper and/or lower set of teeth with a fixed prosthesis, typically placed on the same day as surgery.

The procedure involves placing two straight anterior implants and two posterior implants that are tilted up to 45 degrees to avoid anatomical structures like the sinus cavities or nerve canals. This angulation allows for the support of a fixed bridge of 10 to 14 teeth without the need for bone grafting, providing a cost-efficient and predictable solution for edentulous and terminal dentition patients. Nobel Biocare reports over 250,000 patients successfully treated with this concept, citing a mean implant survival rate of 98% with a mean follow-up of 7.5 years.

We didn’t invent
All-on-X, but we wrote the book on it.
